    yes sir it is,

its at the bottom of my products page. check out our online store for our shackle/brace combo deal too. never too late to upgrade the performance, strength and component life of your rear suspension and frame all in one shot.

the big question is why toyota felt it was neccessary to make a shackle bucket brace for the x-runner but not the offroad trucks. to make things even more rediculius the x-runner x-brace wont fit anything but the x-runner, because of some weld on brackets that attach to the shackle buckets that arent available to purchase. but the price of the x-runner , x-brace is over 400$ retail !

dont know ? im trying but it seems im on a waiting list of some sort and still nobody can shed any light on the process . so far ive found out that its free (which is very generous compared to what i pay on other sites) and its at their discretion.

sorry i wasn't trying to say that you're extended shackles do...i'm sure they don't, otherwise you wouldn't have them out....

but i thought i read somewhere yesterday that in trying to make this design work, there is a limit to the space that a shackle can fit in above that mounting point, so there would be a limit to the size of the shackle before it hits the frame...

    sorry for the confusion...

if you can figure a way to increase the 2nd gen droop with keeping the factory mounts, let me know! but so far this product seems great to upgrade that joint!

no problem , just sounded as if you were referring to me is all.
and yes the way the shackle bucket is designed , prevents a longer shackle from fitting. thats why my extended length shackles are the longest that will fit without cutting up the shackle bucket. and even if you clearance the shackle bucket enough the shackle and leafspring will eventually hit the frame if the shackle is lengthened too much . but then you are lowering the truck for every inch the shackle is lengthened.

and as for the droop thing , your shocks are still the limiting factor even if the spring can droop out more.

ive already figured out a way ! our bolt in sua kit or the stage 1 sua kit that retains the stock shock length.
    heres the link: http://www.definedengineering.com/products.html
its the second and third product down . the stage 1 kits uses the same leafpacks as the basic sua kit , but adds bumpstops, brackets , striker plates and associated hardware .so you can retain the stock length shocks untill you can add shocks and hydro bumpstops down the line to take advantage of the whole 15" of travel. pretty much the only bolt on way to go. the only thing that has to be welded is the leafspring perch , very simple to install.

looking for a more economical way to increase droop... i.e. shackle flip kit that no one currently has available (yea i know people offer it but they are not available, as in i cannot buy it right now), that allows the leafs to drop down more than the stock shackle mounts would allow...sounds like an interesting product you have with the sua kit but not for me...plus you add more things to get caught up on underneath the axle on rocks and what not..

but anyway...great looking products and welcome

your going to kill your leafsprings twice a fast with a shackle flip kit. in the flipped position the shackle will give you more lift and thereby droop. but will put your springs farther into negitive arch at bump . like i asked earlier , what are you going to do with the shocks to get more droop if available?

if i had more droop i'd be getting a longer shock of course, and i'd also be getting a u-bolt flip kit with bigger bump stops because in most all cases, longer shock = more droop, but also means longer shock compressed = larger bump stocks to prevent the shock from collapsing on full compression

Move stock shocks inboard.. That alone will give you over an inch and a half of additional rotation..no flip needed

    care to elaborate on this?

how are moving the shocks inboard gonna help droop? plus now youll need a new shock with more compression dampening. because the shock becomes less effective, the farther toward the center they are moved in.
to go through all that trouble you may as well just put in longer shocks outboard the frame rail. but at the same rate the springs wont allow any more droop anyways.

Stock shocks will limit down travel of high side axle in rotation. Add longer shocks that will fix problem mostly but now you run into issues with bottoming out shocks. Move them more inboard and that no longer is the issue, sure your reducing the effectiveness of shock but you also gain things like better misalignment angle. PS you said economical.. What's cheaper then a few bucks in metal

stlll havent answered the question of how moving shocks inboard gains more droop travel? you do know that the shocks are mounted one in front of the axle and one in back of the axle, right? then you have little things like gastank, exhaust, ect in the way from moving shocks inboard. then the fabrication to do all of that . why would you sacrifice soo much just to gain an inch of droop travel when bad bump travel is the main culprit in the handling of the truck? and on top of that 90% of the people that do inboard the shocks half ass it and dont set it up right or have extreme shock angles that dont benifit what is trying to be accomplished
misalignment angle may be the only pro to moving shocks inboard. but if they were installed correctily in the first place there would be no misalignment issues at full articulation. please tell me what the other advantages of moving shocks inboard are? seem like you know the 2nd gens and suspension geometry so very well.
