carolina's tacoma meet, anyone???

just check with everyone on here about mods before u do them, that way you'll know beforehand if something will go wrong. i have quite a bit done to mine already

 

man this should be one sweet trip, just keep us updated fellas I'm in for whatever and TacoChef had some sweet ideas... whoever is local to the area we are going to should see about the local dealer hooking us up with some sponsership. for them it would be good advertising to help support a growing toyota community (tacomaworld) I also suggest some kind of raffle like $20 tickets to win a new tacoma LOL. along with like tacoma world hats or t shirts forsale and also given as small prizes for things like "traveled farthest" maybe do a door prize just give everyone a ticket as they come in gates and winner gets a shirt and hat or something.

does anyone want to go ahead and plan for the last weekend in april?? we can do it then or the second weekend in may(first weekend in may is the wifey's b-day, and we have an out of town wedding to be at)..........this should atleast give everyone time to plan and make sure your schedules are ok.

 

the soonest i can do it is this time next year getting married in june and summer is busy at work

 

I'm sure i'll be in the running for the longest drive, i'm coming from chicago lol

 

I was hoping to come down in late april, really timing won't matter too much to me but i'm getting anxious and i don't like waiting

 

I can go for pretty much anytime as long as we know long enough in advace. April works for me. i would prefer going as soon as we can after the trail opens back up simply becaue i like cold weather and like camping in the cold. But april is also nice. i just cant wait to get out there and have some fun!

 

Hopefully will be moved and settled into another house by then so im in for april

 

April is cool for me, just need to know as far in advance as possible so i can put leave in for it!!

A friend called me this morning and asked if I wanted to go, I had prior plans so I had to say no.

 

Hey Tacomaman, let me know when you firm up the date for the meet. We are planning an attack/invasion in April too. Since, I dont want to rain on your parade (I've seen how fast you guys disperse and run) I'll try to convince the war council to pick an alternate date. This also gives you more time to lick your wounds.

Furthermore, I dont want you to miss your wife's birthday. I'd rather like to see you forget her birthday and see you spending the rest of your life in the dog house. That will make me so happy that I'll visit you to spend a week getting drunk with you while trying to convince you how sorry I am.

 

Sounds like a great idea, more details and I will plan to make the drive down, I have lots of friends and family in S.C. & N.C. as I like to say Drive on !

you can get drunk with us.......but the invasion wont work man.......there will be too many of us drunken rednecks playin in the mud.

and by the way.......im trying to get in the doghouse anymore as im already in it from this whole thanksgiving weekend man!! hahaha.............talk about drunk luck!!!

it's the same thing that came up last year, got a ton of tests done and they never found anything...i think i know what it is but it's physically impossible lol
