You reminded me of this one time I went out on a wide open Yellowfin and mahi bight. Me and a buddy being the YT and Mahi virgins on the boat had to eat the heart :hungry:. Tasted like a wet tampon smelled :puke:. It doesdoesn't get any fresher then that

What landing offers a permit as well? i go out of mission bay sportfishing, seaforth landing, fishermans, pt loma, h&m landing, and fishermans ok all of them lol. I buy my tickets on base as well, what kind of gear you have re8el? ive got black steel seeker rods matched with avet 2 speed reels. as far as sunset cliffs goes any where is a good spot just be careful for unstable cliffs lol.

I like H&M, Pt Loma, and Seaforth. Good Landing and crew. Wow you have the higher end gear huh? I have all Diawa reels and middle class rods (Shimano, Kenco, Graftech). Nothing too fancy but it gets the job done. For Sunset Cliff, you have to go out on the cliff to go hoopin?

yah for sure man....But why wait! lets me check my calendar, I want to get a good night of hooping in before the season ends man. We can stay local of go to the island. It's usually me and my co-captain Mark and we usually have room for 2 more. The boat sleeps 2 compfortably. We load the cooler full of energy drinks (beer) and bring the portable grill and just chillax on the pond. TRD and Socal you're more then welcome to hitch a ride.
