    I can second that, I hate tryiing to search on here, with so many threads titled, 'need help NOW' or 'will these fit' or 'not sure what to do about this...' it can make it nearly impossible to find info.

    But, that said I can relate to the new members too. I'm betting a few do search, but when they cannot find info because of the thread titles like I mentioned above, they start a new thread; and of course title it just as bad...its cyclical and never ends.

    I am a little late to the party, but I will take a stab at the OP's initial question. Not many forums have 60,000+ members (are there any others?). Especially members that are this active on a forum. You are going to get tons of comments, sort through the ones you don't like.

    Honestly, I love this site for the times I have actually needed help. The majority of people love to help out another member. I have seen it many times since joining. My wife has a Subaru, on the Subaru forum I signed up for, it takes 3-4 days of Bumping a thread to get someone to even reply let alone help.
