    I see two kinds of posts you might be talking about. There are responses to questions that have been asked more times than there are members on this site, and then there are jabs between people who know each other. I think the first would be fixed if there was a way to prevent people from posting a question until they have used the search feature at least once. The other type I see no problem with as it is usually jests between internet friends.
