upland game hunting in SoCal

    hey guys im looking for some good spots for quail, dove, and chukar. i wanna step up my bird hunting this year :D thanks guys

    I'm going out to El Centro for Dove season opening day. It's a good place for upland bird hunting.


    Yes. You need to get a hunting license. If you've never had one, you need to first take a hunter's safety course before you can get a license. Oh, and you need to get an upland game bird stamp along with your license

    Don't know of any place close to you but santa barbara canyon has lots of quail I go there every year and never get disappointed
