Took it offroad for the first time, pretty wicked terrain considering all the bigass rocks, water and logs from the winter runoff out of the canyon
Some flexin and some posing, crappy cell pics and i was alone


Some flexin, rear passenger tire isn't touching, felt like i was going to tip over

water was up to the hubs, got deeper

 

wow I thought that truck looked familiar. I remember talking to that kid about how retarded it would be to sell that truck verses taking all the shitty stuff off and replacing it with quality parts. His main argument was that he wanted the tallest tacoma in Utah...

 

eh my focus is to get it mechanically sound and reliable first, trail ready second, aesthetically pleasing last... A functional truck means more to me than a purdy truck

i picked up this truck not too long ago, i've recently added black 2nd gen wheels, im looking to do a little more to it, i plan to add a leveling kit, tinted windows and paint the grill black, i was also contemplating painting the flare black but these are growing on me, the second pic is from the day i brought it home

if you guys have any suggestions i'd like to hear them

Nice looking truck! I'd throw a set of Bilstein 5100's on the front rather than a leveling kit. Wheels look great, and the flares do too.

 

So did you recently buy this truck? I recognize that spot down there in Alpine. I'm down there a lot at my inlaws. For a better experience than that wash at the outlet of the canyon, go up past Tibble Fork and run Mineral Basin. Fun trail......with bigger rocks.

 

Yep just bought it. I think it'd be more like Cedar Hills or Highland... Less than a mile from my house so it was a quick and easy test run. As for Tibble Fork and mineral basin, been up there and to forest lake a million times, just haven't had a chance to head out in this truck yet.

 

Cool enough. I figured you'd be familiar with all of that down there. I'll keep my eyes open for you down there. I'm usually down there 1-2 times a month to see my inlaws, but most of the time we are in my Land Cruiser (look for the one in my sig). Honk and wave if you ever see us down there.
