Avid Light Bar with Hella 700FF's INSTALLED

Was able to install this just before the "hurricane" hit

Very happy with it, Avid makes a killer product.

Install of the bar took 5 minutes. The light wiring didnt take long, but we used heat wrapping on the wiring so that added to it. Ended up mounting a simple rocker switch under the dash. My plans were to mount a OEM switch in the center under the air controls, but it was a switch from the previous generation and wouldnt fit without me grinding down the slot for it.

Many thanks to LBCdmv for the sale and for basically driving it to me, the bar and lights are in great condition.

Hey, do you think those would fit behind a satoshi?

 

They are pretty big lights, but the dude I grabbed them from had them behind a grille like the satoshi (not sure if it was exactly the satoshi, but it was pretty close to it, and they looked good.

 

I heard that lights like those go better behind a flush mount grill mesh. That might make a mesh grill a little easier since I won't have to be so perfect on the cutouts.
