    Hey guys,

I'm looking at buying a newer model Tacoma SR5 or TRD with the 4.0L and a manual transmission.

I'm been looking at reviews forever and figured this would be a good place to go to get the good, bad and ugly on this truck.

I'm just looking for your impression of owning and maintaining the truck as well as any problems you may have come across since owning it.

    thanks

I do a little more research on the newer tacomas that cme with the 6-speed manual. I hear people have problems with their 6-speed stick shifts..

I have always wanted a Tacoma but was sort of a Chevy guy. I have owned my Tacoma now for 4 years and have had not one single problem with it. I love it and have no regrets. Good luck with your decision.
