Harden your bark, there are storms on the horizon.
Supercharger on the 4 cylinder would probably drop the milage close to the level of a stock V6. Get the access cab 4x4. I would also try to get the dealer to install the 4 leaf springs on the back as part of the purchase agreement. You will need it to haul the feed.

I don't know much about the 4 cylinder engine but I don't think anyone makes a supercharger for them.

im sorry man, but you have to think... i was recently in a situation much like yourself that involved my attorney's and dealing with someone trying to screw me. you will not be emptying anyones personal pockets as a dealership will have insurance to settle this. your settlement will most likely come from the insurance company. DO NOT let them walk all over you. you are not harming a single person by taking this to court. let it get to litigation and get whatever you can out of them. they screwed you out of your dream of a personally owed business, i would screw them out of breathable air if i could.

I don't think this would be abusing your right to sue. I'd take them down for everything they've cost you

To the OP - this seems to be a pretty unfair situation for you given what details we have so far. Do you have a lawyer on this situation? I would definitely take legal action. Today is Monday, quick - call the better business bureau in you city ASAP!
