Very weak. Heavenly blows. The only good part about Heavenly is being drunk in South Lake afterwards. I love the little kickers and random terrain all over Sierra.

I'll ride Northstar anyday. I hit that probably 30 times last season.

What do you guys think about hitting up Sierra? It's about a 20 minute drive from Pioneer Trail (where most of the South tahoe cabins are)? Then all the shops and casinos is only 5 minutes the other way.

Northstar and Sierra are the shit! I have a free place to stay on the north shore, so if there's a Northstar trip I'm def. going

I know Brian's looking into some Air Force cabins at discounted prices. If anyone else has a cabin hook up, let me know. Otherwise I'll be going through VRBO

I have a place up by Dodge Ridge (Pinecrest Ca) if anyone ever heads up there. Tahoe is a bit far for me, but I will going to Dodge often this winter.

    Slummin it eh?
Dodge Ridge is cool if you live in the central valley or something. Hell I had a season pass to Dodge Ridge when I lived in Atwater. But from the bay area, an extra 30 minutes on the road, you could be at Sierra.

Yeah I like Dodge for a day, but it gets old quick. Sierra doesn't look too much further so I will have to try that for a day trip. Anything longer it doesn't make sense to pay for accommodations when I have a free cabin.

Thanks for the offer, but I think the majority wants to do Tahoe for this trip. I might be inclined to hit you up another time this season tho :D

Did you guys wanna start throwing dates out there?

I'm just gonna go and say... Jan 20-22 (Fri-Sun). I only picked this because it's after the holidays, the snow should be good by then, and its the last weekend before I go back to school :D

Or whatever date works out better for other folks, lets just get it out there so that we can all plan accordingly with work and other obligations.

How many of you guys are any good? I haven't been on a mountain in probably like 5 years, I did go on a 'hill' in Minnesota awhile ago, but its like, weeeeee! and you're done.

I'm probably going to require at least two hours and some nice soft powder to land my ass in to remember how to do this.
