    Question, what is the difference in your 5100 series shocks that you sell, part numbers C477 and C478? It says they are made special for RCD specs. Bilstein lists the parts on their site as C475 and C476 and has no information on C477 and C478.

    What's the difference?

    This is Sonny... Same shock....It was RCD that original came up with the shock and RCD is a warehouse Distributor for Bilstein and it was a perfect fit..RCD helped with the ride development...
    If you call Bilsteins 1-800 # and give them my RCD part #'s they will cross over to there parts #'s.

    What I find unreal is that you expected an immediate response from a company 15 min. before quitting time on a Friday. :rolleyes: Then threatened with contacting Paypal. The thing is, this board is filled with TONS of good people. If you were to get screwed over, they would come to your defense faster than you could imagine. IF, you are out of line, expect to be called out on that as well. In this case, you were out of line. You should have given DSM a chance to respond to you.

    Sonny here....This is the funny part and I am sorry and I can not help to laugh now...
