Yes, there are three buttons that can be synced to 3 different garage doors. and theres two other buttons, one turns off the auto dim system and the other turns it on. I use the mirror everytime. i simply love it and it has a great range, i dont have to be like right up at the garage to open it which is nice. definitely prefer it over fumbling with a garage door opener.

I'm pretty dumb when it comes to hands-free connectivity.

What is the button on the bottom for, voice commands?

Do the existing rear seats fold down like this?

    Yep.

It looks like they added an extra bracket/organizer on the passenger side...unless that's already there and I'm unaware...I haven't folded the seats down in my 2011 yet.

Looks like the new rear headrests just fold back instead of having to be taken out.

No money, all went to truck...
I guess I had this thin thread of hope that the 2012 would have dual vvti. I know I'm stupid for it. But now I guess I'll have to wait 2 years OR buy a 4runner.

    This is painful....

I'm leasing so I need to keep this a secret.
Well, there ya have if for sure no dual vvti. Thank goodness, or I would have been mad. I would have really liked that new stereo with blue tooth but I do like my '11 big grill with honeycomb, fully painted bumper, and '12 guages. And seriously, chome wheels... yuck.

Does it come with the AC fan chirp or would I have to install an older model fan in it? :D

I'm glad I waited. I love all the changes. Many DIY projects or miss are now factory standard, or at least I wouldn't need to modify it to get it how I want. I like eyelids on the 2005-11, but no need now. Interior looks good, lights and grill look good. It seems the hood slips more and the grill is shorter. Maybe that's why gas mileage is slightly better. Maybe airflow to the scoop is somewhat there :crapstorm:
