Just don't go to GG Lighting! Still no bulbs in today's mail (almost a month now since I drove to his Fountain Valley home and got a bad ballast and 2 bad bulbs... He said comes from DDM.

I sent Slim a PM this morning, waiting to hear if he has 5,000K bulbs (his web site says no) and if I step up from 35 watt to 50/55 watt ballast, how much $.

My flickering 35 watt, 4300K set up from GG Lighting is not blowing my skirt up... I think my 100 watt halogen bulbs were brighter in my Hella 4000 pencil beams.

Why stay away from the 55W? I currently have 35W, been having issues with them. Switching between High and Low causes the left one to not work periodically. I removed the ballast and BUS, looks like the ballast may have gotten some mus in it, but not much. It is injection sealed.

You don't have to preach to me about brightness... Ask anyone who has attended the other meets with me lol. My hellas are 55w, all 4 of em. Putting a 55w in a projector won't be nearly as bad because it directs the light onto the road instead of everywhere else....
