:woot: for being a bum!!! I'm gonna be one tomorrow. :D :D
Yeah, I still have to take it to adjustor to see what they quote. The check goes to me, soooooo if it's a high enough estimate for replacing the plastic one and having it painted, I'll claim it and use that check to buy this one. But alot rests on whether or not the steel bumper got damaged. $425 sounds very LOW for a replacement bumper..... I wish I had gotten the $0 deductible for my comp. :pout: Especially with the unusually high amount of deer we have. And now bears.

You should have burned it and claimed it on your homeowners. I could have claimed it on mine when my house got struck by lightning and burned my ac unit. ;)

I'm lucky, I have the choice of getting the estimate and having a check cut to me, not the body shop. :woot:

How is it streaky? Did you get the one that isn't glossy??? I don't like those. I accidentally spent almost the same amount for a new one for my iPhone. I hate it.

It was a glossy one. You know how cheap tint, like the stuff from walmart, has those wavy streaks in it? That's what this one had. Even cleaned it but it was still there :(

    So do I.......
Ohhhhhhh. I usually go to the Apple store to get my stuff. I wasn't paying attention to what I got and didn't realize it was like this almost matte kind of protector. :( ALSO don't ever get the mirror kind. I made that mistake. It's very hard to see outside, and impossible with sunglasses.
