These pics I took when I was stalking the house while it was in escrow. Thats why it was still winter. I dont have any "greened" up summer/spring pictures, but you get the idea. If I remember I will update with better pics later. 4bd 2 bath, 1716sqft. Wood floors throughout, new windows, new pellet stove, all new appliances. 1.1 acres, all fenced with a gate to the driveway and a locked gate to the easement behind my place. 30x40 shop with an 8' and 10' door on the front, and a divider wall w/ a man door inside set at 25'/15'. Also a 10' door on the back. Front yard is about 2000sqft of grass w/ sprinkler system and mature cottonwood and pine trees. Backyard is about 1000sqft of grass w/ sprinkler system as well, also mature russian olive trees. The back is chain link fenced in. I bought it about 5 months ago and I love it. Also its my first home.

I got it because my Lieutenant at the time noticed I keep my cars clean and looking new 90% of the time. We only had a few coming in and he asked me if I wanted one. I jumped at the opportunity. They were a test run and we decided not to purchase any more of them. I have the only one in my region and 1 of 2 in the County.
