Hey. I have a second generation toyota tacoma trd sport and was looking to buy some racing pedals for it. I was wondering if anybody has bought racing pedals for there taco and if so what did you buy, where did you buy it, and how do they look and function (i.e. do they fit right?) pictures would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would check in the x runner section.

I've never heard of anyone who bought them, but I bet some of those folks have them

they used to make them as an accessory, unfortunately due to couple idiots and the whole saga with the accel pedal recalls on toyota and lexus, lots of the accessories pedals got pulled off market, some never updated and no longer for sale, like the ones that do fit the tacoma pedals.
for example on lexus they continued to offer it even with shortened accel pedal, size is different though so they don't fit tacoma, only brake does, not accel, they do look good and feel good though, and oem ;p

I bought my sport pedals from TRDParts4U.com a little after I got my '06. When I went in to do the Transmission reflash, they asked if I wanted the pedal shortening done too. I showed them my covers, and they said it would be better if I didn't have it done. I've also got WeatherTech mats too, and they said those were the best to have to avoid the mat bunching problem. Here's a dirty pic of my pedals.

Yeah, I got a set of the factory sport pedals. I really like the look. When I go in for service I make sure they don't remove them to do the pedal cut.
