not to hi jack, but is there a difference in aftermarket brand shocks too? OME 885 for example?

I didnt see any difference in the OME, and i just looked at my factory coils and see there is a slight difference,. Mine has one coil with PINK piant marks on it and the other has GREEN and GRAY paint marks.

OME 885's are springs not shocks. You need to add 1/4" spacer to driver side for any non Toyota springs.

I have a related question. Literally this week, I installed the rear TSB spring pack. I had the Tacoma lean with the factory springs -- about 1/2" -- with the 5100 Bilsteins set at 0.85" with that set up. However, the driver's side rear spring pack was clearly was weaker than the passenger side. I figured it was due to weak rear springs more than a "lean" issue.

With the rear TSB pack installed, it is now worse -- exactly 3/4". I bought the truck with the Bilsteins installed from the previous owner. Before I buy a 1/4" top spacer, can you all help me with determining if the front springs are on the correct sides?

I looked at the front coilover springs. The driver-side coilover has a pink/red and white paint mark on the springs. The passenger-side coilover has an orange and white paint mark on the spring. Based on the fatty_ac1d's comments, I think they are on correctly and I need the spacer installed. Thoughts?

    Thanks in advance!

I know this is an old post but I currently have 2 older TRD Sport springs off my 2010 TRD Sport. One has green and grey, and one has blue and white. And while both shocks are facing backwards there is little yellow lines on the front of them. But I am guessing the green and grey goes on the drivers side? Need help adding 5100's Thursday so I need to know.
