King 14x2.5 in rear and king 10x2.5 up front. Eventually 2.0 bumps all around and bypasses.

Well I got the upper rear link on and cycled. Ill know travel numbers once I get the bedcage outline in. Pictures to come tomorrow. Changing up the bushing pivots on the frame and though and just going with heims. From as high up as we could lift to setting axle on the floor (approximately 28-32 inches), I had 10 degrees of pinion angle change and 1/2 inch of plunge.

here you guys go. a little bit of insight into the rear end. the links wouldnt go any higher due to the lower hitting the jack stand holding the truck up. have some funny pictures coming later.

buddy finished gutting the insides, and upon him getting out of the truck with my sub box it removed all rear weight off the jack stands and the truck started tipping forward. thank goodness there was a tire under the front end that stopped the truck before it slid off the front stands.

got my uppers all welded up and ready to be placed on. waiting on pivots to get here then its all going together. rear upper link had some setbacks today as i was a moron that forgot to thread a hiem in before i welded the bung in and it trashed the threads.

Might be overkill but have you considered welding a small gusset between the tubes where they meet the uniball cup?
