Just ran across this thread...not sure how I missed it.

Recently (last year) I lost around 50lbs and I'm now hovering anywhere from 215-220lbs at 6'. I have a very large frame (literally big bone'd) so it's tough to get all that lean.

I'm trying to stay away from heavy weights (used to be my thing) and force myself to do more cardio.

At my build, I am not made for running - that combined with a bad left knee (previous dislocation issues) and it's not a fun experience running for longer than two miles or so.

I do a 90s/60s run/walk for about 30 minutes and then move to a light set of weights - mainly free-weights and cables. I hate machines.

Once I get the look I'm going for, I'll bump the weight back up and get on a more regimented schedule like I'm used to.

No supplements for me - I try to stay as organic/all-natural as I can. When I hit the diet hardcore, the majority of my foods were organic/all-natural and I never felt better.

Here lately I've been getting off track a little...Jimmy Johns a lot at work (as an IT guy, my hours are ridiculous and they are open until 2am) and a Monster here and there.

I'm still in the best shape of my life - I would imagine my body fat is around 16-18% right now.

Reading this thread makes me want to hit the gym on the way home from work...

U probably already know this, but winni is more for cutting/hardening and at 12% bf I would wait until ur at least 8-10%.
If ur using OTC products I would use complete PCT....
have u had ur test/estro levels checked? With those artificial PH's it's bound to eventually stop producing on it's own..trust me, I'm a statistic of that..be careful man

Also-is ur test script? How much? Why just not use test as opposed to artificial ph's if ur trying to build? Make sure ur on some hefty lover support..not that Rite-Aid Milk Thistle bs

    ^^ hahaha

    you guys are nuts!

I used to take N.O. XPlode, pre workout, and protein after (varied, different kinds). When I was active duty it seemed that everybody at the gym was taking some shit or other, or a combination of things.

I got out, and all I take now is protein after an intense work out. I can still curl 40 lbs six times easily.

I'm on the September challenge work out with some of the guys in this thread. I could barely do 13 dips hanging off of a power tower at the beginning of the month.

just 6 days later I can do 30 straight. (30 was the most I could do none stop) then I got a belt and hung a 25 lb plate around my waist and did 20 dips straight none stop.

 only been 6 days and a shit load of progress.

I really hate that I am a hard gainer at the term's very core. ink junky, could some of your progress come from getting your coordination down?

I take supps because when I really get into lifting, my metabolism goes nuts. I have to pound the protein/calories in order to keep my weight up...

When I did dips for the time a couple years ago I could hardly do any. A week or so later, I could do so many more because I got the motion down because I became coordinated by doing the movement. Like all lifts, you will get really big gains after your first few times when your body recognizes the movement and knows how to do it.

ah, gotcha! Yup I guess so. I gotta admit, I do feel better though, physically that is.

this morning I did the push ups, squats, and some bet over rows with the dumbbells. Got the blood flowing, felt awesome. Then @ 11 (am) I went to the gym to do lats. And finally I did sprints a little while ago. I can sprint much better that 2 weeks ago.
