5100's with a toytec top plate spacer will get you 3" up front. then you will just need to get an aal from toytec, wheelers, icon.

    Not enough.
3" is feasible but you ride the line of needing aftermarket UCA's which will run you between $450-$675 alone. There is a 4.5" lift kit but it's a bracket type kit and that is way out of your price limit.

Cheapest lift will be a spacer lift with aal or blocks:)() in the rear.

300 for the front and rear shocks from downsouthmotorsports.

60 for the top plate spacer from toytec. toytec add a leafs 80.

Then you will need some sort of Upper control arms for alignment, light racing is the least expensive. ~450

3" lift using Fox Shocks Coilover, Total Chaos UCA's. Running: Duratrac 285/70/17 Rear suspension just a 1" block for now. Will have custom rear springs no block. Fox w/ Resi.
Some people decide not to use a UCA like Total Chaos UA or Light Racing. But its highly recommended to keep your alignment. You will need one after a front end lift anyways.

Alignment usually runs between 60-100 bucks depending where you live.
But plan on it being minimum $1000+ depending on what parts you go with.
