    We used to do alot of running back on Fort Story all along Shore Drive. Lots of trails back there with very little chance of being seen ONCE you get in. I have no clue what the penalty is these days... but 5 - 6 years ago... they'd just tell us to leave IF we got caught which was only a few times.
