it looks ok. i dont have one nor do i know of anyone who does. I'm looking for a good steel rear bumper as well. I'm in discussion with Fab Fours about fabing their tundra rear bumper for the tacoma. he has agreed and i look for them around mid year. no prices yet but he offered a group buy if we can commit to 10 or more!!

Ya silver07taco has one coming, last report was that it shipped.
Looking forward to hearing/seeing the feedback on it.
    Me want's ta change mine.
Also...but not sure but I think the front bumper is a solid piece, not like AllPro, so the price is good, but wonder about the truck freight.

i just heard they had some issues when mounting they don't line up as easily as the ARB's or Allpros. They have alot of cool concepts on their site.

i just emailed them yesterday for info. i like the rear bumper, but can't tell if i get to keep the factory tow hitch...it's a deal-breaker if i can't. their front bumpers approach angle doesn't look very good to me. saw a guy from AZ i think that had one (rear bumper)on his truck and he didn't have anything bad to say about it.

Send silver07taco a PM, or check out his "build". He covered alot of the bases in regards to "info" on the bumper.

I have Ken-Mtn on my 04. Let me say this. They were not direct bolt ons. Front bumper required 2 hours of plasma cutting and re-welding to get it close. Rear bumper sits so close to bottom of bed, the spare crank down rod will not fit thru to get to the crank mechanism. I called and spoke to them, right after I first found out they would not fit (as promised). Got told that if I sent them back, would be on my dime and could take 6 weeks to fix if they found anything out of whack. And then it would cost me shipping back to me.. Well, being that they are heavy items and not wanting to wait 6 weeks I took them to local shop and we-refabbed the front mounts.
Prior to my ordering, I was following an older thread on TTORA, I beleive it was Kyle from Ken-Mtn and told him about the thread stating the buyer that had major problems with them. I called and spoke to Ken-Mtn 3 times before ordering. They informed me that there was nothing wrong with their bumpers and the guy was upset because he found something cheaper.. If only I had listened.. But, gave them benefit of their story.. Paid the price.. By the time I paid for the bumpers, shipping, and fab work + powder coating the front one again. I think I had a little over $2200 in the two..
If I had it to do over again, I'd steer clear of them.. I will say the are very tough bumpers, already put the front to the deer test and got bumped in rear from a lady on a cell phone with no damage to my truck. Killed the deer, ripped the front fender off the Trail Blazer.

thanks for the input! look really good on your tacoma, sucks it took more work to get it to actually work. I really liked the idea of buying a front and rear for the price of a front ARB. I can do the fab work just not the powder coating.

i had the front bumper on my 98 taco. i put that damn thing through immortal HELL.... it is def. a tough bumper.... i pulled several rigs outa the mud with it. hadda 9000 lb warn in it. it def. toted the mail but i went all the way to ken. mountains shop for them to install.... and like some of yal have said that thing didnt come close to just "bolt on" they torched it....ground it down..... so on and made it work. my bud got a 7.3 f250 and he got the BIG ass front bumper and it went on good but you couldnt open the hood because the bumper was too close. he didnt find that out til we were back in alabama tho. he was pissed to say the least. he took it off and called that kyle guy and kyle said there was sumthin wrong with the truck............ so that bumpers still setting in his garage i think. makes a good yard ornament........lol maybe yal will have better luck with them....... if u get that bumper on it should def. be a good un!!!!! lol
