    Yes there are 4 light tabs. I had my Hi-Lift, CB antenna and chase light attached. I can't find any pics of it installed. But it attaches via the 2 holes on the sides of the bed cleats.

    I just used some carriage bolts, so there really wasn't any "mount" .
