Not sure if this will help but when i rebuilt my tsb pack with new aal's i noticed a difference in the bracket from the overload spring. On the drivers side it seems centered but on the passenger side it is not. Both tsb sets i have where the same.
I had a very annoying squeak untill i bent the bracket away from the leaf pack. Hard to explain without a picture but if you look the bracket from the over load is touching the side of the pack and when i bent it out squeak is gone and has never returned.

Hard to see in this pic but it is the one on the right side of the picture where the cable is bolted to.

You can see here on the inside the bracket does not touch the pack but on the passenger side it does. Hope this helped:)

    The "traditional" solution is WD-40...

far easier than pressure washing then spraying with a high tack oil.

    I LIKE leaf springs...

I was just reading a post on how to fix squeaky leaf springs and followed through with the steps of putting in a piece of rubber bicycle tire tube in between the springs and did that. It was very easy and works very well. Just letting you know my experience with it

    FYI-
I did that fix about a year ago. Squeaking came back 3-4 months ago - however, it was more permanent than WD40 or other, but also more work. I had the u-bolts off anyway doing what was basically adding a leaf but now I need to redo the fix .... I sprayed silicon on them today. All the work hardly seems worth 9 months of silence.
(granted I am off-road and on rough jeep trails a lot.. but still. I wanted permanent. :) )

Today i cut up a old intertube and put it between the 4 anti squeak pads on both sides. So far it has stopped.
