On the F650GS? Those look like Touratech panniers. Happy Trails also make a set that are pretty good.

I went with something pretty cool. The Giant Loop Great Basin.

Yep - TT/Zega panniers on TT rack. It's been a great little setup over 60,000+ miles and counting (bike has more...that's rack mileage). Giant Loop looked like a nice rig - 'till a couple of buddies showed me you could do the same thing with old pants. I'm ghetto like that

Thanks! These things are a lot of fun to work on. There is such a huge following and an endless supply of aftermarket parts. They make anything you can think of for these silly little bikes. They're money pits though.

I've thought about doing an engine swap for a 150cc but that's a pretty expensive step, you'll probably spend as much as the bike is worth to do it. Then you loose the Honda engine and the Honda reliability. Those swaps are generally to a chinese engine that isn't super reliable. So I've stuck with the 50cc so far. I can get it up to 44 which is pretty fast on a bike that small.

I have more fun working on it than I do riding it.
