Hey my dad is really interested in some bumpers by you. He has an 08 Taco and wants front and rears and the tire swing. Do you have and package deals??? :) im not sure what special stuff for the front he wants...he doesn't like hoops so i think just a base bumper..

    Hey,
sorry for the crazy wait! I'll be getting to your order as soon as I can, my move from Oregon to Nevada complicated things more than I bargained for.
My new shop is up and running and I'm starting to get materials and bumper parts ordered from the new CNC cutters down here to fill all my orders. I'll keep you updated.

To clarify, I never thought I would get my order before you guys who are ahead on the list. When I asked for a status update, I was not asking about my order alone, it was a general question regarding the production of this product.

I talked to Eric on the phone before I ordered, I specifically asked about the lead time. Eric told me it would take approx 2-3 months. That seemed reasonable to me, considering he just moved states and just got his new shop setup.

Before I placed my order, I asked around about Relentless. A couple of the TW members here vouched for Eric and said he was a stand up guy. I have no reason to believe he will not deliver on time and keep his word.

All these HC rears are too much work!
Really though, I'm going to get through the current orders I have on them and then do a little bit of a redesign to cut down on some of my welding/sanding time on these bad boys. As it is, they take about a full 2 days to build one of them, and the swing out ones take an extra day on top of that. With my time consumed like that, it totally kills my timeframes when other bumpers take around a day or less to build one, and cost close to the same too.

I do have some plates sitting around right now for the HC orders I have, and I have your 1" body lift plates already waiting mandzach. We will be at the long end of my timeframe quote though, doing my best to keep it at that. Orders just seem to always take longer than they should I guess.

I got one of these rears back in May and I'm the happiest man alive because of it! Due to funds, schedules, and other things I haven't had the time to put mine on yet but I want to express to everyone that even though it sometimes takes a little longer then originally told Eric is such a great guy he'll figure out a way to make it up to you! If you haven't had a chance to see his quality in person let me tell you my experience!

I ordered a bar hoop after my front bumper was already assembled and asked if he could just throw it on the crate and i'll get the welding taken care of. I didn't want to bother him with it. So when I took the bumper to the Weld shop to get it done everyone was impressed! They said they've seen a lot of bumpers com in and this is the THICKEST they've seen and on top of that! The were really impressed how much welding was actually done on them! They said most of the big name bumpers they've seen had some good weld spots but more or less just multiple tack welds! Then Eric goes the extra mile to round off every corner! It's not magic people, it's manual labor! The price he charges for the quality product he offers is definitely a steal!

I know I might have given him a hard time back when I was waiting and for that I'm sorry! I never realized how great of a product he offered until I got it, then I still wasn't convinced until I told buy other professionals in his same field! So on that note I'm sorry for giving you such a hard time Eric! On another note.. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! These bumpers are a product that pays for themselves and keeps on giving! I get compliments everywhere I go! You would never believe how much big beefy HARD steel turns on girls! LOL! They eat it up! Anyways, I'm glad to see everyone is being patient and that things are back up and running! Thanks again Eric! I'll be sending you pics of my rear soon!
