Cleaned everything.... and now after about 2 minutes of driving it wants to spit and spudder, i notice it doing this until i get to a red light, then i take off and it doesn't do it anymore, by the time i get to this red light its pretty much warmed up. There isn't any extra codes on it just the same 0420. Along with this it seems to have lost some HP. :/

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Drive it at night, get it up to temp, then look under the truck at the CAT and see if it's glowing.

As a professional mechanic, I can tell you it's going to be hard for anyone to diagnose this type of problem with out being able to hook up a scanner and watch, in real time, what the oxygen sensors and fuel trim look like. Off top of my head, I would have REPLACED the o2 sensors first and never bust out a cat on a vehicle where the Cat is monitored by the engine computer. I have never used sprays to clean MAF sensors or O2 sensors are likely to cause more harm than good.

I had simular issues on my truck.First it was o2 sensors @300$ from toyota so after fixing that problem A throttle position sensor code appeared I cleaned throttle body real good and havn't had one since.I bought a O.B.D.II Code reader. But i would'nt alter anything that will only make things worse.

Yeah, when i get the extra money to spend... i will change the first 02 sensor in front of the cat... they all say its that one that seems to be no good.
