    im ordering 17 x 9 xd addict wheels, going to add billys set at 1.75 and a 1 1/2 aal leaf in rear what is the largest tires i can fit without rubbing or trimming?

    Correct, and 265/70/17s may not be approved for use on 9" wide rims. You have to check the tire manufacturers website.
