    I already sent DSM a PM, so I'm planning on using them. I will research the longer shocks. If that is the case can someone confirm that?

    The 5100s for our trucks will accommodate for the difference in length. I ran my stock shocks with a 1.5" aal for about 15000-20000 mile before I replaced them with 5100s. It is not needed, but the 5100s ride 100x better.
