Will the factory wheels & tires from a 2011 Tacoma 4x4 fit on my 2002 Tacoma 4x4?

 

yep. IIRC, 2nd gens come with 265/70/16, which will fit on a 1st gen.

See 1st gens with 2nd gen tires/wheels all the time

actually the ad says:
" 4 wheels, tires, and center caps off a brand new 2011 Toyota Tacoma 4x4. The tires are Dunlop Grandtrek AT20 245/75-R16 " with only 4k miles on them for $300. Will this size still fit?

 

You may need to run wheel spacers (probably not for the 245s, but maybe for 265s if you upgrade later) because the backspacing of 2nd gens rims is 5.5", while stock rims for first gens is 4.5". Definitely test fit them.

 

I got'em...my tacoma has the factory alloys with same size tire and these are 2011 steel rims. I'll definitely test fit them tomorrow and even if they don't fit, I can mount the tires on my wheels or space them. I was mainly getting them for the tires since I'll be commuting 65 miles to work and the Goodyear Wrangler MT/R on it now are practically new but way too loud and must not have balanced out well by the feel of them at highway speeds. So I was looking for more of an all-season tread. If the new steel rims with Dunlops fit, I'll just use the Goodyears for winter.

 

Put them on yesterday. They fit perfectly! No spacers needed.
