Haha, Hyundai - good job of wrapping a turd in a nice shiney shell.

The NSX looks like its half boat, half car. The old ones are way nicer and not as ricer.

    Fail for both.

You dont see huge spoilers on stock porches but you will on the ones that are road raced ! And as for any Lambo they arent even road raced. As a matter of fact that company has no background in any form of racing !

    A few bolts are different.
yes they still make the RL, the New platform was going to add Rear wheel drive in hopes to compete with the Cadillac CTS-v, M5 etc.. I'm not sure but I think they only offer the RL in SH AWD and maybe front wheel drive at the moment. The new Rear wheel drive would put the RL in a Luxury Sport Sedan Bracket:drool:

    Problem with Hyundai?

I like them nowadays -- wife is on her second Hyundai now. It's not the same crap from the early 90s...

well, being that a mid engine car has more weight distribution towards the middle, it allows for better cornering and better stability. however, as ugly as the wing might be, it is necessary to keep the car on the track. Downforce, plays a major part in aerodynamics.

none except for crappy hub caps and floor mats.
I pretty much hate everything Korean carmakers produce. Everything has that same overly rounded, generic, almost cute bubbly look. That new Hyundai Genesis looks like a total rip-off of a Mercedes (the grill) and a Lexus thrown in. That and it wasn't that long ago ( current models too early to tell) that they made disposable garbage. Everyone I knew who had a Hyundai regretted buying them and they were lucky if they made it to 75k.

Wow -- I've had 2 (both the wife's 01 Tiburon and 08 Santa Fe), My sister is on her 3rd (99 Elantra, 03 Santa Fe, and 07 Santa Fe), my mother is on her 2nd (03 Santa Fe, and 07 Santa Fe), and my Grandmother is on her first (08 Santa Fe).

Never had any issue with any of those (even the old Elantra and wife's old Tiburon).

And Hyundai's warranty is better than Toyota's

True, like any other car company (other than Honda and Toyota). Wife's Tibby did pretty good at trade in...

I always hated Hyundai -- mainly from being in Korea for an extended period of time - But I have changed my mind. It's true that old Hyundai was garbage. But they have done something American car companies cannot seem to do: Change their image (and back it up no less...)

I'd buy a Genesis Coupe in a heartbeat if I wanted a sports car...

Looks I suppose are in the eyes of the beholder. Honestly, most cars out there today are just ass-ugly if you ask me. The Camry-Taurus-Genesis-Buick look like they were cut from the same mold. About the only car I think looks halfway decent is the new Caddy CTS. Even a lot of the German cars have taken on the generic bulbous, rounded look.

I guess the way I feel about Hyundai is if they've really gotten better, then I'll let others be guinea pigs. We usually get at least 250,000 out of our Toyotas without a hitch. So when I start hearing about Hyundais lasting 250k on a regular basis, I might give em' a look.

Different strokes for different folks I suppose.
