bunch of miles, scars and dirt..
    Hi,
Still newbie, take it easy.. I'm still getting used to a pickup because I went to buy groceries and had to put everything in the cabin seats and floor.

So here's the question, do you have something to help you put your groceries in the box? (so they're not rolling and making a mess)

There has to be something and I can't be the first one wondering where to put all the food!

Before I think of mods, etc.. I need the belly full so I have to think in terms of groceries..

    Thanks!

in the bed, if the bags are plastic then look the handles around the bed rail cleats if you have them to keep them from rolling around

I have a plastic tub in the bed that I dump groceries in. Its easier to carry the whole thing in the house when I get home. If its hot, I may try to put frozen/cold items up front. I have a cargo bar across the bed that keeps the plastic bin held against the tailgate. Works pretty well.

My greocery store is about .5 miles from my house so I just throw them in the bed and drive carefully. I need to fab up a bed gate to help them and other things not roll everywhere.

Bungee cords in an X pattern. Connected to the floor hooks & slide the bed hooks to the end near the tailgate. A cargo net probably would work best. But I'm too cheap to spend the money. So I put a plastic tub in & put some things in it. Bigger items around it. Of course if you don't have a cover, lighter things inside to keep from blowing out.

Shouldn't your girl be getting the groceries?.... No nevermind, cause that would mean the kitchen would be empty.

Wife took the truck to grocery shop lately, she shoved it all in the cab.

I would run a bungee from BRC to BRC with the bungee guided through the handles on the bags.

Get a few bungee cords. and keep them in the truck when you get your groceries grab a few bags and wrap the bungee cord through the handles of the bags and then hook them to the rings on your truck

Edit: Bread and Eggs are pretty much the only things that ride in the cab with me.

Cooler in the bed comes in handy. I put it against the cab and runs tiedown from one side to the other.
