I think their very good, the key is just finding what works for your body. But if you ever venture over to bodybuilding.com you can see that universals entire product line had really good ratings, very few unders 8/10

i feel that an appetite increaser is a waste of money... just work out harder, up your cardio excercise, eat smaller meals more often, supplement with calorie dense protien...

i fully understand the hard gainer problem... but there is a reason the supplement market is a multi million dollar industy. too many people think they need a supplement for everything.

then just stick with it homie. i mean it's your call cause it's your money, but i get tired of seeing so many people waste so much of their money on bunk supplements

there is a limit to the point you can get you body bigger or smaller while still being healthy, ya know?

Just found this thread a couple of weeks ago, good stuff.

Started Kris Gethin's 12-Week Massive Muscle program on BB.com

Been eating clean and lots of it, seeing great results after only 3 weeks.

Currently 187 lbs, 5'11", not sure about bf% though.

Started using ISO 100 post-workout (Sean's recommended), ZMA, Creatine, Xtend BCAA's pre and post workout, Orange Triad multi, Omega 3.

Aaron: I've heard good things about MusclePharm Assault and Battle Fuel from you. I'm currently using Gaspari's Superpump Max as a pre-workout. Looking at placing another order and wondering if Assault is that much better than SuperPump.

Sean: I know ZMA "supports hormone production", is this a "test booster"?
    Is Battle Fuel?

    Thanks boys!

scary question. most (probably all) people here have no clue what's in the stuff they're taking and it's effectiveness. like i said earlier, i'm in the wrong biz. should be coming up with branding campaigns.

but, if some random person on the internet says it's safe, it must be! :D

Battle fuel is a tet booster I'm stacking that with te assault and love it, and I also tried the super pump max. The assault blows the super pump away!
