Hey Guys, looks like I'm going to have to sell my truck. My wife has decided to go back to nursing school and with one income gotta let her go. This was my dream truck for like 10 years I finally got it last summer and now am having to sacrifice it.:( (my truck not my wife)!!

She's a 2007 SR5 4x4 6 cylinder 6 Speed with 44k miles. I bought the truck last summer with 27k miles. My wife's school is about 90 miles from where I work so thats where the miles came from. I've added a Leer Camper Shell and built a sleeping platform/storage area inside. I'm a climber so I have spent many many nights camping in the back of this rig and it's definitley awesome. Also the truck has almost brand new BFG A/Ts with about 15k miles on them. I added a Thule rack to the top. I keep a Thule box up there, but you can add a basket or whatever. The truck is very well maintained and I have never taken it off-road other than some dirt roads to get to some climbing areas. I have used the 4x4 a couple times to get out of some wet grass and it works great.

Other features include Power Windows, Power Doors, Cruise Control, CD Player, Great sound system, Driver and Passenger Airbags etc..

I'm asking $23,500 but am willing to negotiate to a degree. Please PM me or hit me up on gmail henson12@gmail.com. I'm located in Huntsville/Birmingham, Alabama and would be willing to meet you within reason.

    Thanks for looking

ps as soon as she graduate Aug 12 I'll be buying myself another one!!:D

Thanks for the suggestion, I added my location. Also the truck is a TRD Sport. Tell your wife good luck also, mine just started her second year and she loves it. I was able to hold on to my truck as long as I could but things would just be easier with no car payment if you know what I mean. Tuition and books are outrageous!

TRD Sport w/out color matched mirror covers or door handles, chrome grille, no scoop, chrome rear bumper and TRD Off Road Wheels... You sure you have a TRD Sport? Does it have a rear locker? If it does, it's a TRD Off Road as mentioned above, it not, it's an SR5 (seats look like SR5 seats).

Looks like a TRD Off Road or SR5 with TRD Sport stickers on it.

hi, just fyi, not trying to be a hater, I think it is an SR5 with TRD sticker because the seats are SR5, and there is no power outlet in the bed. The wheels are not necessarily exclusive to TRD off road, they are also the alloy option that is available at port or dealer. GLWS

Well it looks as if the Toyota Dealership I purchased this from sold this to me under false pretenses! I guess they slapped a TRD Sport sticker on it so they could up the price. Any advice on what I should do?

Still a nice truck and still a capable Tacoma! Like Paintdiddy said, change the listing and keep it up for sale.

i think if you bought the truck new, then if you have any paperwork such as window sticker saying it was a sport you can go back and get some sort of compensation for it, and if not, call corporate (I doubt the dealer would slap a sticker on it though, and it is positioned too high). If you bought the truck used, then probably the previous owner put it on, and the salesperson either misled you or really didn't know, both of which I think are very possible.
