arn't you glad you drive a tacoma with 3.50 gas

    Cant tell you how glad i am that i drive a tacoma that gets almost 20mpg average. my neighbor bought a f250 (gas) when gas was 2.50. Hate it for him now. How do you all feel about this?

    Got just over 17 mpg all city last fill up. Not bad for a truck.

    It's an 89 Toyota Pickup. I got some stuff done to it.. FJ axles going under it soon.
    3.79 here.
    I get about 20mpg.

    Traded a Hemi Ram for my Taco. People said I was crazy and wouldn't save enough gas to make a difference. Well I'm averaging 5 mpg better, doesn't sound like a lot but I would be spending about $85-$90 a tank and now spending $50-$55 a tank and going the same distance. Doing the math that's about $100-$120 a month difference, not bad I say, and my Ram wasn't even a 4x4. :cool:

    3.50 for gas..I wish
    paid 4.14 for 87 octane today. NY is expensive.
    But I am glad I traded my Dodge Ram 2500 in for the Tacoma,I got 9-10 mpg with the Dodge

    I should clarify. In tennessee gas is around 3.50. dont know about everywhere else.
