So i just got off work about an hour ago and I was just curious as to what gets people through their work days?

For me, being short on change in college, its definitely the money!
Does everybody like their jobs or is the paycheck that keeps you motivated?

I get to bust peoples balls all day. Its the only job one can come in hungover and do better than sober. And the money is a big plus also.

I get through the day by knowing that I work for an awesome aerospace company and I have been there long enough (for over 21 years now...) to actually have a say in how things are done. I enjoy being a manager/lead, and having an excellent team working for me makes the job we do well worth it. I reward my team when they perform. Every day is a challenge, but we get through it!

The monetary rewards are a bonus.

My jobs stressful half of the time, the other half I can fool around and joke with my co-workers, money is pretty decent for a college student, and I don't get treated like shit cause I know how to do almost everything

Don't really like the job, the paycheck doesn't really get me excited, although I need it and can't really complain in this economy.

I think of other things. What I am doing this weekend, women, my truck, puppies, that sort of thing. Somehow the work gets done and I don't get yelled at very often, so I guess it works pretty well.
