How much did you pay for your 2011

I'm headed to the dealer this weekend to hopefully purchase my first Double Cab, Short Bed, AT, TRD Sports package w/ towing upgrade. If you've purchased a similar truck in the past few months can you please respond with how much you purchased it for and what the Invoice and MSRP was. You would be helping me out greatly with what I can expect to be a fair price to haggle over. Thanks

 

HEy man welcome to TW! the prices where i live(Hawaii) are higher then on the mainland, over here they run about 31-34 g`s i believe, im sure you can find one for around 30 up there

I purchased the truck about 6 weeks ago for 29.9k. I did not negotiate that hard, possibly could have gotten more of a discount but I was satisfied as it was the one I really wanted and the dealer expereince was great.

I was able to get invoice on a 2012 DC Sport using overstock.com and their affiliate dealer program. I wouldn't pay more than invoice on a 2011

 

Mine looks real close to what you are looking for - 2011 Double Cab Short Bed TRD Sport Extra value package w/JBL, tow package, 5 spd automatic.

$27,517 before dealer charges and tax and stuff.

 

29,000 plus 900.00 for extended warranty. 75,000 and 20 oil changes

 

I purchased a 2011 Pre Runner, TRD Sport, Double Cab, Short Bed, JBL Sound System with Auto Transmission and Tow Package here in San Diego for 30,500.00 OTD. It came with the beefy chrome exhaust tip, too

The only thing that irked me was that I purchased it in May\June and only realized a few weeks later that my dash was the "old" black-face dials and not the white ones. This fact made me realize that my truck had been produced pre-January, 2011 and was sold to me 5 months later. No biggie and my truck had 04 miles on it so it was indeed brand new. Just would have been nice to have known this before I took her home.

Sneaky stealers...

On a related note, every dealer up and down SoCal were singing the same lame tune about low inventory due to the Tsunami. If they are still singing that tune today just walk. They have plenty of 'em.

Thanks for all the responses, I forgot to include the 4x4 and without the JLB radio. The dealer is holding firm on 30,011. I think that is a fair price but from the prior post maybe they could take another 1 or $200 off the price. I'll let everyone know.

 

Hey I know its not the same as yours but I got a 2010 left over brand new tacoma dc 4x4 v6 sr5 and tow package for 25,000 brand new. Not a bad deal. was going for 29,000 start price

That's a phenomenal deal. Firstly, its so hard to find a previous year taco in the next year since they sell pretty well as is. how much was the invoice on the window sticker if you can remember? if i'm right, you paid $25k+doc fee+MA TTL, correct?

I'm in central NJ and all dealers out here no longer stock 2011 double cab v6 4x4 models with manual tranny. There are a few 2011's in dealer lots w/ auto transmission though, thinking i'll just suck it up & move to auto since the wife won't drive manual anyway.

what are the exact options on it? also, any idea how much the invoice was? the best price i found was for a 2011 double 4x4 w/ SR5 PKG #2 & TOWING PKG for $27.4k; but it looks like you got a much better deal there (and Congrats)
