It's time to get this going to make it official. Because we all know, once it's been typed, it's good as gold.

So looking at Tolar. Looking to spend a day at the park, exploring what it has to offer. Should offer everything, from mild to wild.

Possible weekend is the 3rd weekend, October 15th.

Anyone interested, sign in. I figure we meet at the park as early as we can, and get to some wheeling.

My dad and I will most likely be there. We have extra seats available.

I'm in and I'll have extra seats. Anyone want to meet up for breakfast? Need local info? This park is not anywhere near as close to town as Bridgeport so we either need to wheel all day and eat snack food, send a truck into town for bulk food, or bring something to cook on.

I should be down for this. The only thing that will prevent me is that it is my mother in law's b-day that weekend so just need to wait and see what is going on.

I say we bring food. Subway sandwiches are easy.

I can get ahold of a little grill that can cook some burgers up pretty quick. They do have a "pavillion" type thing there where the air tanks are up at the gate.

So, can we get a running vote on bring food or go get food? a quick check on the available com types - cb or handheld radios?

    As for my seats:
Megan - pending approved time off at work
    * - waiting on response from friend

    I say we bring food
    CB in truck
I will have 2 open seats and a 3rd seat if there is a pygmy in the bunch that wants to sit behind me.

That works for me. Do we want to try the "everyone bring a part" again or one or two people bring it all and everyone kicks in a little to cover it?

I'm up for eating at that park. Towns about 10 minutes from the park. I should have a cb installed by then, if I have to steal the one from that Taco.

I can't wait to see your truck in action. I missed it once and I don't plan to do it again.

It should be operable by this meet. I have a few minor things to do, but should be good.

I'll go ahead and say that even if I have to trailer my 4Runner there I'll bring a folding table and a small chracoal grill that can fit about 4 burgers at a time. That will resolve the bigger part of the problem. If need be; Glen Rose is only about 15 minutes (if you know the right roads) away and has a grocery store. The nearest Chicken E is on the opposite side of Glen Rose or in the stop light district of Granbury.

Yeah Granbury was what I was thinking it's about 17 miles from the park. We'll see :D

As you can see in this picture Brian's new rig is a beast. In person it is pretty impressive.

    That trail looks familiar

    Good looking rig
