hi lift question

Anyone here ever use a hi lift to pull yourself out like a come along

 

not personally, but it can be done.

 

I saw the video today its really cool I was just wondering if anyone on here has done it and has anypics

I have, with the hilift offroading kit. We couldn't get my buddy's truck with a winch aroun me so we used the hilift, some chain and a strap. Took a bit longer to setup but worked like a charm.

 

im gunna test it out tomorrow it seems pretty simple todo
and practice setting it up so when i do get stuck i know wat im doing

 

I have done it once, Got stuck between two trees and i needed the back end to swing over. Spent about 20 mins moving it 3 feet. So i decided i learned how to use it and hooked a winch to a block Its slower than you could ever imagine!
