personally, I would have got out of the truck told the little fuck to get the hell out of my truck or face a beating....

whether or not I would have followed up... probably not, but the fear alone would work.

Now, as far as throwing him out of the truck... thats a little extreme and potentially dangerous but in a court of law the method and means are a bit ambiguous... its easy enough to claim that it was an accident since your vehicle was already running, you were behind the wheel, and truck was in gear... if he did get hurt. technically it would be his fault for jumping into a running vehicle in a parking lot.

I wouldn't have chance it though

I think I would have told him he has 3 seconds to remove himself and whatever trash he brought with him before I hurled him out. Thank god adults (for the most part) don't do that kind of crap

And you obviously learned nothing from him if that is true. And why does he no longer work for the Sheriff’s office excessive force lawsuits?

I wonder if Tigerfan00 will let us jump up and down on his police cruiser for kicks?

Seriously, though, all this talk about pulling out a pellet gun reminds me of something that happened to a friend of mine when we were teenagers. My friend and his buddy thought it would be fun to drive around with one of them holding a pellet gun to the other's head. That was great fun until a police cruiser came out of nowhere- did a four wheel slide in front of them and a female officer jumped out and held her gun to his head at point blank range. He said that he will never forget the sound of the barrel tapping against the glass as her hands shook from all the adrenaline. He cried out, "Oh god, it's a pellet gun- please don't kill me". Then threw the pellet gun to the ground. They were really lucky that they were not charged with anything. The officer was mad enough to strangle them herself.

I didn't read this whole thread, but the kid acted like an asshole by jumping in your truck. That being said, this is the correct response:
Being flipped out of a moving vehicle could easily have killed or paralyzed the kid.

would have loved to seen him pop out of the bed!! :D

he would have been dragged out if it were my vehicle, were he to
get back up and continue with his BS, it wouldn't have ended well.

I had it happen a few years ago with a guy leaning up agains the side
just hanging out there, told him to move, he got cocky, he hit the dirt....

Did you know the kid?is he a friend?if the kid fell out and broke his neck or any bone, you would be in deep shit.you should have been a man and got out and said something.if he was a wise ass, than an ass beating was in order.if he had a bat, than you wouldn't of overeacted but he was just standing/jumping. You could have notified the school about the kid and got him in trouble.
