So.... Can I bring my truck home from the shop with the 255s or do I need to do trimming and a lift first to even move with these?

Stock SR5 Wheels with Spidertraxx 1.25" spacers. Thats probably why my 255/85 KM2's rub on the bumper. Angle grinder with a cutoff disc fixed that though. But like OZ said they fit.

The spacers could be causing your rub

Will this size tire fit with just 884's with 5100's on a DCLB 4x4? Or will I need additional spacers? I put longer studs on the shock uppers just in case. Currently at just over 2.25" of lift up front. I'm looking to replace the stock crappy dunlops.

    3inch toytec coils 5100's, aal(soon to be replaced), 33/12.5 km2s, + a money hole...
How does this size compare to a 33/10.5/15? Cause I think I remember seeing somewhere the metric sizes run a little smaller/skinnier

    KM2"s 255/85R16 = 33.3" x 10" R16 so yes they run a little skinnier. The only 255/85 that I know of measuring under 33" is the Interco Truxus MT at 32.8" x 10".

Can't you people do research on this stuff? There are tire calculators. All over the internet and multiple threads about these sizes. Use search. It works!

Just mounted my tires tonight. Only driven 20 miles so far but I'll post back with more info later. I flattened the pinch weld and will be trimming more as I need to. I got a bit of rubbing at full lock so I'll have to see where it's at. Oh and they're KM2s and were $835 out the door.

Nice! you're most likely rubbing the frame at full lock. nothing you can do about that except wheel spacers or different wheels.
