    heat it up with a torch and then use a long flat head screwdriver and just pull on it! we had to do the opposite on mine last night, the shock mount was caving inwards so we brought it back out to make it level

    just fyi with the 3" all pro pack you want 2.0x9 bolt on shocks, if you get shocks that need the stem to eye converter you will want some 2.0x8s because the converter gives about an inch:cool: thats what sarah at all pro told me but ive heard of people fitting 2.0x10s with a 3" but i think they would bottom out easily lol ill keep my eye out but on CL fox's are going super quick for 200-300 bucks.
