    I see this shit at penn state all the time, drives me nuts. They have trash/recycling bags at every set of port-o-johns and people walking around handing them out yet you still see this.

    our tailgate spot is across the road from the stadium (nc state) under a bunch of pine trees. administration has never said anything about it, and it is much worse than that at every game. . . .tell the truth i don't even think there are trash cans out there. not saying it's right, but it is what it is i guess.
