    From what I was told, the lowest you should go is about 8%. At my leanest times, I was 190, and 9%, and told I was "too skinny".....

    I'm 6' 3" / 155lbs.... less than 5% body fat (the little machine couldn't measure lower than 5, so I don't know for sure. lol) :anonymous:

    It really is unhealthy... I eat a lot but for exercising, I run and do high rep exercises instead of lifting weight.................. :eek:
