Give me a run down of what I am seeing besides a cheap shot. Is there a history, was it provoked, something the clip doesn't show, pre or post-fight?

i didn't see it. This is just a snip of what happened. I wish we had the 22 seconds before where ortiz headbutted mayweather, then we would have a better picture of what happened.

ortiz headbutted mayweather like a frickin billygoat, which was the reason for the timeout. they had already hugged and touched gloves a couple times right before the last hug. cheap? yup. illegal? nope.
how many times would you want to hug a guy who just intentionally jumping headbutted you? "defend yourself at all times"

And people wonder why no one watches boxing anymore. The heavyweights are boring and this is what you get in the lower ranks. Now, you get Mayweather, who is afraid of Manny P and uses any excuse not to fight him but will take on anyone else including Ortiz (who never really was a contender anyway). Also, how many different "TITLE BELTS" are out there? I lose track of them and their acronyms........
