I want to level out my truck with some shocks so I get a better ride. I read up on the bilstein 5100's and they are more for offroad and hauling. I rarely go offroad and never haul anything. Whats the best thing to do?

Is that enough to level the truck? Does it still give a good ride?

What are you guys talking about when you say you want to "level the truck"? What's not level? Front to back? Right to Left? My 2010 is already from the factory.

yes. i did this on my truck and it raised the front just under an inch. the back sits just slightly higher then the front but not much at all, and when you put stuff in the bed its level, if you set it to 1.75" which is the next setting on the 5100's it may be nose high with a loaded bed and your headlights will aim up. it rides better than stock with this setup IMO
