    The chip comes pre-tuned with the map for an intake and a Cat-back exhaust. You can get er custom tuned for your truck specifically for another 7-10hp

    What likely happened is that nothing is really overly damaged, but I am guessing that the tendons around your knee still have some trauma. Your patella is there for a reason, and that's to protect the knee. To ease up a little bit of the pressure, try this...

    While sitting in a chair, wrap both your hands around your leg right above the knee. With your fingertips find the tendons in the back of your knee, two on the inside and two on the outside, one of them part way up the outside of your leg. Place a finger on each one of them. Place your thumbs right behind your knee cap. Pull up hard with your fingers while pushing down hard with your thumbs. Now relax, take a deep breath and exhale, and don't tense up any part of your body including your arms, let your hands and fingers do the work. Wait 30 seconds and then very slowly start to slide your foot forward until your leg is fully extended. Then release the pressure on your leg and let it rest there for one minute. That should help make it feel better. Getting bloodflow in the area
