The experts at DSM are very helpful. (They've even sorted out the recurring forum question about the difference between 5100s & 5125s, several times.) I'm sure they can recommend the right shocks for your application.

EDIT: Forgot to mention they also have the best prices on Bilsteins I've seen anywhere.

I hope you don't expect the ride of a 6" lifted pick up truck to ride like a Cady...

What about the ride don't you like?

i don't think Blistein makes front shocks that will work. You might have to get some really expensive coil overs like Kings or Icons or something.

Id personally just get rid of the 6'' lift all together..

YALL CRACK ME THE HELL UP! ok dsm got back to me with some surprising news! but sounds like i will have a one off set of shocks soon. the message below is what dsm sent me.

    Hi Thomas,

The Fabtech kit you're running, has a very specific dimension on the
front shock that is unique to that kit. Neither of the brands you
mentioned, or any other brands that we sell will have a shock to fit the
front of that kit....except one. King Shocks. We can have King custom
build you a set of coil-overs for the front of your truck, and matching
rear shocks if you'd like. The price on the fronts will be roughly
$1200/pair for the fronts, and $775/pair for the rears. On the rear, you
can also just run a Bilstein 5125 series shock, and those will run you
    $184.99/pair.

Let me know if we can help you with anything else...

    Thank you,

    -Marco @ DSM

$1200 for a set of custom king's isn't too bad. ...but i would just go with the bil's in the rear. ..no need to spend the extra money for kings in the rear if the bil's will work.
