    I waited tables for 6+ years so I know what it's like. HOWEVER, I also know what good service is and I know thee difference between an inattentive server and one who is in the weeds (busy for those who haven't waited tables before) and can't be as attentive as they probably want to be. I tip accordingly. (lazy people get 15% or less (rarely less) good servers get 20% or more).

    I also taught my wife the same things since she never waited tables. Now when she goes out with her friends, she knows how to tip.

    ID (If I remember correctly) don't pay their wait service min wage, because they calculate in the approximate tips that you will make.

    So if you do a shitt job and don't get tips then you go home broke

    True to this. The sushi bar that i go to. The chef comes up everytime and just makes me a dish on the house. He even puts qual eggs in my sake to spike it up so he say. Oh well, free dish and sometimes a free big sake drink :D

    Lets be real though... I was a bar tender for a bit... Black people don't tip. Its not a racist thing at all its just their culture. They also don't hike. AT ALL. I took a brother hiking with me and he was fucking pissed! Japanese people tip even worst! In their culture its considered rude and in Hawaii the menu's will remind them of our culture and to tip. Honestly I could care less but it IS A FACT OF LIFE...

    But I do give you credit OZ that was funny!
